We run our own network, and we built the control panel so that what it shows you is what is actually happening. Below is what that means in practice, and none of it is marketing language for something we do differently in the background.

We have operated from Bucharest since 2022 under our own autonomous system, AS216249, so the routing your traffic takes is ours to answer for. Customer data stays in the EU and we work to a 99.95% uptime commitment.
Nothing is ever guessed
When a provisioning command comes back uncertain — a timeout, a dropped connection, an unreadable response — we do not assume it worked and we do not quietly retry it. The service is marked unknown, and a person has to reconcile it against the provider and record in writing what they found. Destructive operations like a server rebuild are never retried automatically at all.
Your invoice and your server are separate facts
Payment, invoice, subscription and service states are stored and shown separately, and the system will not merge them. A paid invoice never implies a running server, and a provisioning delay is displayed as a provisioning delay rather than as a failure or a success.
The price you agreed to cannot change
What a plan contained and what it cost is captured on the order at the moment you buy, and the database physically refuses to alter it afterwards. Changing a catalogue price tomorrow cannot rewrite what you agreed to today.
Invoices that stay identical
A finalised invoice is pinned to the exact renderer version and content hash that produced it, so asking for the same document a year later returns a byte-for-byte identical file. The system refuses to start at all if that guarantee stops holding.
You see what our staff see
Support works from the same order, job and audit timelines that appear in your portal. Nobody has a private version of events, so nobody has to guess what happened to your service.
Provisioning you can watch
Setting up a service moves through recorded steps, from the account and DNS zone through to the provider confirming the resource is ready. You can see which step you are on rather than waiting on a spinner.
